The 29th Annual Great Clermont Triathlon has been selected as Florida's official qualifier for the Best of the U.S. Amateur Triathlon Competition.

The 29th Annual Great Clermont Triathlon has been selected as the Florida Collegiate Conference Championship Race of the spring season.

The Danskin Triathlon Series Orlando race moves from the Walt Disney World Resort to Clermont, Florida in 2012.
